摘 要:为改善涤纶织物的亲水性,利用多巴胺氧化自聚合的特性,采用CuSO_(4)/H_(2)O_(2)氧化体系诱导多巴胺快速自聚沉积涤纶表面进行改性。结果表明:与空气氧化条件相比,CuSO_(4)/H_(2)O_(2)氧化条件下涤纶表面的聚多巴胺涂层含有较多的共价交联成分,涂层更致密均匀。考察了各因素对快速沉积PDA改性涤纶织物润湿性能的影响,得到较优的工艺参数,即多巴胺2 g/L,CuSO_(4) 5 mmol/L,H_(2)O_(2) 10 mmol/L,反应时间60 min。该条件下改性涤纶对水的接触角由原来的122.5°降至4.6°,且耐久性好。In order to improve the hydrophilicity of polyester fabric,the CuSO_(4)/H_(2)O_(2) oxidation system is used to induce the rapid self-polymerization and deposition of dopamine to modify the surface of polyester fabric by us⁃ing the characteristics of dopamine oxidation and self-polymerization.The results show that compared with the air oxidation condition,the polydopamine coating on the surface of polyester contains more covalent cross-link⁃ing components under CuSO_(4)/H_(2)O_(2) oxidation conditions,and the PDA coating is more dense and uniform.The effects of various factors on the wettability of rapid deposition PDA modified polyester fabric are investigated,and the optimal process parameters(dopamine 2 g/L,CuSO_(4) 5 mmol/L,H_(2)O_(2) 10 mmol/L,reaction time 60 min)are obtained.Under this condition,the contact angle of modified polyester fabric to water decreases from 122.5°to 4.6°,and its durability is good.
