摘 要:采用水基溶胶-凝胶方法成功制备SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)复合气凝胶。分别通过一步浸渍法、一步喷涂法和两步法将复合气凝胶粉末与低表面能物质聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)整理到棉织物上,得到PDMS/SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)整理棉织物,对整理棉织物进行了表征和分析。研究发现:不同方法得到的整理棉织物均具有优异的超疏水、光催化和抗紫外线性能;其中一步喷涂法整理棉织物的性能相对较好,水接触角为156°,紫外光照射5 h时对亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化降解率达到94.31%,紫外线防护系数为218.10。此外,PDMS/SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)整理的织物还具有优异的防污性和自清洁功能。The SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)composite aerogel is successfully prepared by the water-based sol-gel method.Cotton fabric are finished with composite aerogel powder and the low surface energy substance polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)by one-step dipping method,one-step spraying method and two-step method respectively to obtain PDMS/SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)finished cotton fabric.The characterization and analysis of the finished cotton fabrics show that the finished cotton fabric obtained by different methods have excellent superhydrophobicity,photocatalyt⁃ic performance and UV resistance.The fabric finished by one-step spraying method has relatively better proper⁃ties with the water contact angle of 156°;the photocatalytic degradation rate for Methylene Blue solution reach⁃es 94.31%under UV irradiation for 5 h;ultraviolet protection factor(UPF)reaches 218.10.In addition,the PDMS/SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)finished fabric also has excellent antifouling and self-cleaning capabilities.
