摘  要:采用Lanasol染料和阳离子染料对腈纶/巴素兰羊毛混纺纱线进行一浴法染色,为获得良好的染色质量需经过碱洗及多道水洗,存在能耗高、耗水量大及排污严重等问题。采用原位矿化染色工艺对腈纶/巴素兰羊毛混纺纱线进行一浴法染色,探究矿化助剂用量、矿化时间与矿化温度等条件对染色效果的影响,并与传统工艺染色效果进行比较。结果表明:矿化助剂XBD质量分数1.0%(omf),XYS质量分数1.0%(omf),矿化温度90℃,矿化时间20 min,所得染品色泽优良,色牢度指标优于传统工艺染品,排放残液的COD_(Cr)总值降低50%以上,节水率达到40%,具有显著的节能减排及提质增效作用。One bath dyeing of acrylic/basolan wool blended yarn is carried out with Lanasol dye and cationic dye.In order to obtain good dyeing quality,alkali washing and multiple wash are required.There are some prob⁃lems such as high energy and water consumption,as well as serious pollution discharge.One-bath dyeing of acrylic/basolan wool blended yarn is carried out by in-situ mineralizing dyeing process.The effects of mineraliz⁃ing agent dosage,mineralizing time and mineralizing temperature on dyeing results are investigated and com⁃pared with traditional dyeing process.The results show that with 1.0%(omf)of XBD,1.0%(omf)of XYS,mineral⁃izing temperature 90℃and mineralizing time 20 min,the dyeings feature good color and the color fastness is better than those of the traditional process,the total COD_(Cr) value of the discharged residue is reduced by more than 50%,and the water saving rate is up to 40%,which has the significant effects of energy saving,emission reduction and quality improvement.
