摘　　要：提出图书馆阅读空间建设的理论、实践和政策框架,能够为后续的研究探索与实践发展提供参考借鉴。文章通过演绎归纳和文献分析的方法,从全球化的视野审视了图书馆阅读空间这一议题的发展背景。并采用案例分析的方法剖析了获得2020年度"AIA/ALA图书馆建筑设计奖""ALA/IIDA图书馆室内设计奖"的12所国外图书馆阅读空间的规划设计内容及特点。据此提出了图书馆阅读空间的理论研究-实践发展-政策体系三维框架模型,从加强理论与应用研究、增进规划设计实践和完善政策指南三维度给出建议。The paper puts forward the theoretical,practical and policy framework for libraries to promote the construction of public cultural space for reading,which can provide reference for subsequent research exploration and practical development.Through deductive induction and document analysis,the article examines the background of the development of library reading space from a global perspective,and uses the method of case analysis to empirically analyze the contents and characteristics of the reading space planning and design of 12 foreign libraries that won the 2020"AIA/ALA Library Architectural Design Award"and"ALA/IIDA Library Interior Design Award".Based on this,a three-dimensional framework model of theoretical research-practical development-policy system for library reading space is proposed,which gives thoughts and suggestions from the dimensions of strengthening theoretical and applied research,enhancing planning and design practice,and improving policy guidelines.
