摘　　要：博物馆在社会中宣扬历史文化,提供给大众一个了解历史、学习文化的空间,并且博物馆还担负着保护、修复、管理文物藏品的重要职责。因此博物馆内部的管理工作直接影响到博物馆日常对外开放是否顺利,管理工作对于博物馆正常的运作起到关键性的作用。因此本文主要对博物馆管理工作存在的问题进行分析研究,并提出相应的对策。The museum promotes history and culture in society,and provides a space for the public to understand history and learn culture. The museum also assumes the important responsibility of protecting,restoring,and managing cultural relics. Therefore,the internal management of the museum directly affects whether the museum’s daily opening to the outside world is smooth,and the management plays a key role in the normal operation of the museum. Therefore,this article mainly analyzes and studies the problems existing in museum management and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
