摘　　要：澳门白马行医院从1569年开办至1975年关闭,历时400余年,是迄今为止中国历时最长、历史最悠久的西医院。由于留存文献在澳门,中文资料少,很少被关注介绍。笔者综合利用各档案文献,并实地考察,为诸同道进一步研究提供参考与借鉴。The Macao Baimahang Hospital(Hospital de S.Rafael),took more than 400 years from 1569 to 1975 to develop as a comprehensive western medicine hospital,and is believed to be one of the earliest western medicine hospitals in China.Up to now,very little has been written about it as most of the records are kept in Macao,and few materials are recorded in Chinese.The author will review the archives and literature comprehensively with field work,in order to provide reference for further research.
