摘 要:为分析水电站机墩固有频率的影响因素,从空间特性角度对其进行分析验证,并对已建的多种类型水电站厂房尺寸参数进行统计分析,确定机墩、风罩、厂房、蜗壳的尺寸范围及其依赖关系。基于LHS、Sobol两种空间抽样方法对电站厂房各结构尺寸进行全局参数敏感性分析和数值模型选取范围分析,发现除机墩自身尺寸(直径、厚度、高度)外,其他结构的尺寸参数敏感性较低,在初步设计阶段可将其他结构尺寸取中值处理。矮机墩各尺寸敏感性为厚度>高度>内直径,高机墩各尺寸敏感性为高度>厚度>内直径,且三者相关系数均高于矮机墩;发电机层楼板和柱子对机墩固有频率的影响较小,计算时可忽略;水轮机层楼板和柱子、围岩、蜗壳、风罩对机墩固有频率影响相对较大,模拟时应予以考虑。In order to analyze the influencing factors of natural frequency of the pier from the perspective of spatial characteristics,the size information of various types of hydropower stations is statistical analysis,and the dependence between some size ranges of structures is determined,which includes pier,hood,powerhouse and volute.Based on the LHS and Sobol spatial sampling methods,the sensitivity of global size parameters and simulation range of numerical model are analyzed for the powerhouse of hydropower station.It is found that the sensitivity of the size parameters is low except for pier own sizes(diameter,thickness and height).Therefore,the structure size of the pier can be treated with the median value in the initial design stage.The sensitivity of short pier size is ranked as thickness>height>inner diameter.The sensitivity of high pier size is ranked as height>thickness>inner diameter,and the values of these three correlation coefficients are higher than those of short pier.The floor and pillar of dynamo floor have little impact on the natural frequency of pier,which can be ignored in numerical simulation.The floor and pillar of hydraulic floor,surrounding rock,volute,hood have relatively high impact on the natural frequency of pier,which should be considered in simulation.
