摘  要:针对乌东德水电站^(#)3泄洪洞进水塔底板第二层浇筑完毕后出现贯穿性温度裂缝的问题,采用有限元方法,结合分析该浇筑层混凝土浇筑施工工程、施工温控措施、施工环境因素,使用ANSYS软件探讨了底板贯穿性裂缝形成原因。结果表明,该贯穿性裂缝形成的原因为缺乏有效的保温措施,早期环境温度(环境气温高、日照影响大、昼夜温差大)导致温升、温降过快。在此基础上,提出通过单层保温被保温的有效措施,可预防环境温度不利变化、防止温降过快、减小早期温度拉应力,从而避免早期温度裂缝。After the second floor of intake tower of No.3 spillway tunnel of Wudongde Hydropower Station is poured,it appears penetrating temperature cracks.Based on FEM and analysis of corresponding pouring layer of construction,temperature control measures,environmental factors,ANSYS is used to analyze the causes of the penetrating cracks.The results show that the occurrence of cracks is due to the lack of effective insulation measures.Early ambient temperature(high ambient temperature,great influence of sunshine,large temperature difference between day and night)makes temperature in concrete rise and fall too fast.It is pointed out that the single-layer insulation quilt is an effective measure to prevent ambient temperature change,prevent temperature drop too fast,reduce early temperature tensile stress and avoid early temperature cracks.
