摘  要:螺旋S型水轮机相较于传统水轮机具有升力.可有效提升自启性能﹐具有良好的应用价值。为了研究螺旋S型水轮机水动力性能﹐采用数值模拟和试验验证相结合的方法,分析了螺旋角、重叠率,高径比,流速对水轮机工作性能的影响。结果表明,螺旋角使水轮机受到正负交替变化的升力,且螺旋角为15°时水轮机的功率系数最高;水轮机无重叠率时,动转矩系数最大;水轮机高径比为1.4时﹐其性能最优;在研究参数范围内﹐流速为1.5 m/s时水轮机功率系数最高可达0.362。Compared with the traditional hydraulic turbines,spiral S-type turbine has lifting force,which can effectively improve self-starting performance and have good application value.The numerical simulation and experimental verification are used to analyze the effect of twist angle,overlap rate,aspect ratio and flow velocity on the performance of the turbine.The results show that the existence of the twist angle makes the turbine subject to the lifting force of positive and negative alternation,and the power coefficient of the turbine is the highest when the twist angle is 15°.The dynamic torque coefficient is the largest when the blades does not have overlap ratio.The performance of the turbine is optimal when the aspect ratio is 1.4.Within the range of the research parameters,the power coefficient can reach 0.362 at a flow rate of 1.5 m/s.
