摘　　要：目的研制一种适用于临床温针灸疗法和温和灸自用所需的两用温针灸筒,降低烫伤风险,提高工作效率和疗效。方法该两用温针灸筒采用不锈钢316材料制成,灸筒外观为圆柱形。上部的储艾筒用以放置艾柱,通过旋转储艾筒灵活调节艾柱与皮肤之间的距离,自由选取适宜温度;中部的散热盘起到支撑针灸针及艾柱、艾绒的作用,形成加固;下部的底座具有聚热作用,可减少环境热量散发。三者合一从而有效防止烫伤,加强治疗效果。结论两用温针灸筒具有保持恒温、应用方便、安全可靠、固定简单、艾灰易清理的特点,相对于传统温灸具有更好的安全性和疗效,具有较高的实用推广意义。Objective:To develop a dual-purpose warm needling moxibustion tube suitable for clinical warm needling therapy and mild moxibustion for self use, so as to reduce the risk of scald and improve work efficiency and curative effect. Methods:The dual-purpose warm needle moxibustion tube was made of stainless steel 316, and its appearance was cylindrical. The upper part of the mugwort storage tube is used to place the mugwort pillar. By rotating the mugwort storage tube, the distance between the mugwort pillar and the skin can be flexibly adjusted, and the appropriate temperature can be freely selected;the central heat sink can support the acupuncture needle, mugwort pillar and mugwort velvet to form reinforcement;the lower base has the function of heat accumulation, which can reduce the heat emission of the environment so as to effectively prevent burns, strengthen the treatment effects. Conclusion:The dual-purpose warm needle moxibustion tube has the characteristics of keeping constant temperature, convenient application, safety and reliability, simple fixation, and easy cleaning of moxa ash. Compared with traditional warm moxibustion, it has better safety and curative effect, and has higher practical promotion significance.
