摘　　要：目的内皮细胞是血管发育、分化及损伤后修复的基础,内皮细胞的形成和发育进程受一系列基因、转录因子、信号通路等调控。转录因子SOXF家族(SRY related high mobility group box F)在调控内皮细胞生成、增殖及转化等进程中发挥重要作用。SOXF与众多参与调控血管内皮细胞的转录因子存在调节关系,但其调控内皮细胞的确切分子机制未来需进一步研究。Endothelial cells are the basis of vascular development,differentiation,and repair after injury.The formation and development of endothelial cells are regulated by a series of genes,transcription factors,and signaling pathways.The SOXF family of transcription factors(SRY related high mobility group box F)plays an important role in regulating the processes of endothelial cell generation,proliferation and transformation.SOXF has a regulatory relationship with many transcription factors involved in regulating vascular endothelial cells.However,the exact molecular mechanism that regulates endothelial cells needs further study in the future.
