摘  要:日本"全国学校图书馆协会"("全国SLA")成立于1950年,自成立以来便致力于充实学校图书馆的活动,为日本学校图书馆的发展做出了很大贡献。文章利用网络调研法和文献调研法,发现"全国SLA"开展的学校图书馆相关活动主要包括推动制定及修改《学校图书馆法》、制定行业标准、举办研究会及培训讲座、组织比赛等。借鉴"全国SLA"的经验,我国图书馆界可以从制定中小学图书馆法律和行业标准、拓展中小学图书馆的教育职能、提升中小学图书馆员地位及业务技能三个方面入手,以加快中小学图书馆的建设步伐。Japan School Library Association(SLA)was founded in 1950.Since its establishment,SLA has been committed to enriching the activities of the school libraries and has made great contributions to the development of school libraries in Japan.Using the method of network research and literature research,this paper finds the activities carried out by SLA mainly include promoting the formulation and modification of the School Library Law,enacting the industry standards,giving seminars and trainings,organizing competitions,etc.Learning from the experience of SLA,the library circle in China could follow suit from three aspects to accelerate the development of middle-and-primary school libraries:formulating relative laws and industry standards for these libraries,expanding educational functions of middleand-primary school libraries,improving the librarians’status and their skills.
