摘 要:为增强高层建筑砌体结构墙体承载能力,确保建筑砌体结构加固稳定性,提出高层建筑砌体结构无损加固技术。结合某市高层建筑小区加固工程概况,在高层建筑砌体结构加固工程常见的施工方法的基础上,设计高层建筑砌体结构无损加固原则,确定高层建筑砌体结构无损加固工程实施方案,对高层建筑砌体结构进行无损加固。采用最大拉应力理论结合叠加法,计算无筋砖墙、钢板砖墙和构造柱砖墙的抗剪承载力,实现高层建筑砌体结构无损加固。试验结果表明,设计的无损加固技术稳定性较好,能够有效增强高层建筑砌体结构墙体承载能力。In order to enhance the bearing capacity of high-rise building masonry structure wall and ensure the stability of building masonry structure reinforcement,the non-destructive reinforcement technology of high-rise building masonry structure is proposed.Combined with the general situation of high-rise building community reinforcement project in a city,based on the common construction methods of high-rise building masonry structure reinforcement project,the principle of high-rise building masonry structure nondestructive reinforcement is designed,the implementation scheme of high-rise building masonry structure non-destructive reinforcement project is determined,and the high-rise building masonry structure non-destructive reinforcement is carried out.The maximum tensile stress theory combined with superposition method is used to calculate the shear bearing capacity of unreinforced brick wall,steel plate brick wall and constructional column brick wall,so as to realize the non-destructive reinforcement of high-rise building masonry structure.The experimental results show that the non-destructive reinforcement technology has good stability and can effectively enhance the bearing capacity of masonry structure walls of high-rise buildings.
