摘　　要：二次供水是城镇供水系统的重要组成部分,关系到居民的安全用水。上海二次供水现状仍存在许多不足及隐患,优化二次供水运行、管理模式势在必行。结合上海市二次供水现状,将二次供水系统优化与“智慧水务”理念相结合,从实施基础条件、水工艺控制模式、泵房安防控制及全生命周期管理模式等方面,研究二次供水系统“智慧化”的实施方式,并对二次供水“智慧化”产生社会及经济效益提出展望。Secondary water supply is an important part of urban water supply system,which is related to the safe use of water for residents.There are still many deficiencies and hidden dangers in the current situation of secondary water supply in Shanghai,so it is imperative to optimize operation and management mode of secondary water supply.Based on the current situation of secondary water supply in Shanghai,the optimization of secondary water supply system is combined with the concept of"smart water affairs",the implementation mode of"smart"of secondary water supply system is studied from the aspects of basic conditions,water process control mode,pump room security control and life cycle management mode,and the prospect of social and economic benefits of“smart”of secondary water supply is put forward.
