自我效能在2型糖尿病患者疾病认知和自我管理行为间的中介效应分析

摘　　要：目的探讨疾病认知是否会通过自我效能的中介作用对2型糖尿病患者的自我管理行为产生间接影响。方法采用简易疾病认知问卷、自我效能量表及自我管理问卷对807例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,并利用SPSS软件进行数据分析。结果疾病认知与自我管理呈正相关(r=0.189,P<0.01),与自我效能呈正相关(r=0.339,P<0.01);自我效能与自我管理呈正相关(r=0.254,P<0.01);自我效能在疾病认知与自我管理之间的中介效应显著,95%置信区间为[0.1554,0.3451]。结论 2型糖尿病患者的疾病认知会通过自我效能间接影响自我管理行为。医护人员应帮助患者树立正确的疾病认知,提高其自我效能水平,进而促进患者自我管理行为的转变。Objective To explore the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between illness perception and self-management in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Brief illness perception questionnaire, self-efficacy scale and self-management questionnaire were adopted to investigate a total of 807 type 2 diabetic patients, and the data were processed by SPSS. Results Illness perception was positively correlated with self-management(r=0.189, P<0.01), and positively correlated with self-efficacy(r=0.339, P<0.01);Self-efficacy was positively correlated with self-management(r=0.254, P<0.01). Self-efficacy was a mediator variable between illness perception and self-management and the 95% confidence interval for Bootstrap output was[0.1554, 0.3451]. Conclusion The illness perception of patients with type 2 diabetes will indirectly affect self-management behavior through self-efficacy. Medical staff should help patients establish correct illness perception and improve their self-efficacy level, and further promote the transformation of patients’ self-management behavior.
