摘  要:目的探讨DNA倍体分析结合高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)检测用于诊断喀什地区维吾尔族女性宫颈病变的诊断价值。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月在喀什地区第一人民医院进行宫颈病变检查的300例维吾尔族女性作为研究对象。进行DNA倍体分析、液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)、HR-HPV检测及宫颈组织活检。对比DNA倍体分析结合HR-HPV检测与单独TCT对喀什地区维吾尔族女性宫颈病变的诊断价值。结果 300例受试者确诊宫颈病变(CIN≥Ⅱ)91例,DNA倍体+HR-HPV检测的AUC为0.814,大于TCT的0.700,诊断效能更高。结论 DNA倍体分析结合HR-HPV检测是诊断喀什地区维吾尔族女性宫颈病变的有效方法,其检测结果与病理检查结果更为接近,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of DNA ploidy analysis combined with HR-HPV test in the diagnosis of cervical lesions in Uygur women in Kashi area. Methods 300 Uygur women underwent cervical lesions examination in the Kashi First People′s Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects. DNA ploidy analysis, TCT, HR-HPV test and cervical biopsy were performed. The diagnostic value of DNA ploidy analysis combined with HR-HPV test and TCT alone for cervical lesions in Uygur women in Kashi area was compared. Results Of the 300 subjects, 91 cases were diagnosed with cervical lesions(CIN≥Ⅱ). The AUC of DNA ploidy +HR-HPV detection was 0.814, greater than 0.700 of TCT, indicating higher diagnostic efficiency. Conclusions DNA ploidy analysis combined with HR-HPV detection is an effective method for diagnosing cervical lesions in Uygur women in Kashi area. The test results are more similar to the results of pathological examination, and have certain clinical application value.
