丹鳖胶囊联合亮丙瑞林对子宫肌瘤患者性激素和炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹鳖胶囊联合亮丙瑞林对子宫肌瘤患者性激素和炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月恩施市中心医院诊治的200例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。对照组给予亮丙瑞林治疗,观察组在此基础上给予丹鳖胶囊治疗。比较两组性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)]和炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)]水平、子宫和肌瘤体积、疗效、不良反应。结果两组治疗后FSH、LH、E2、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平及子宫、肌瘤体积均明显低于治疗前,且观察组均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹鳖胶囊联合亮丙瑞林可有效改善子宫肌瘤患者性激素和炎症因子水平,有利于缩小子宫和肌瘤体积,疗效有所提升,且安全性好。Objective To discuss the effect of Danbie capsule and leuprorelin on the sex hormones and inflammatory factors levels in patients with uterine leiomyoma. Methods 200 patients with uterine leiomyoma in Enshi Central Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and obseruation group according to the random number table, 100 patients in each group. The control group was treated with leuprorelin, while the obseruation group was combined with Danbie capsule. The sex hormones [follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2)] and inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8)], the uterus and myoma volume, therapeutic efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The FSH, LH, E2, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 levels and the uterus, myoma volume in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusions Danbie capsule combined with leuprorelin can effectively improve the sex hormones and inflammatory factors levels in patients with uterine leiomyoma, and is helpful to reduce the volume of uterine and fibroids, with improved efficacy and good safety.
