摘　　要：目的:探讨体医融合训练对住院精神分裂症伴代谢综合征患者康复效果的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2019年1月—2020年1月在北京回龙观医院接受治疗的105例精神分裂症伴代谢综合征患者作为研究对象,将患者分为研究组(53例)和对照组(52例)。对照组予以精神科常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上实施体医融合训练模式(医-护-技共同参与)。比较两组患者训练3个月后的BMI、血糖、血压变化及患者社会功能评分。结果:两组各50例患者完成研究。经过3个月训练后,研究组患者的BMI、空腹血糖、收缩压及舒张压水平低于对照组,社会功能总分及各维度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体医融合训练可直接影响精神分裂症伴代谢综合征患者的BMI、血压、血糖,能够改善患者的社会功能,提高患者的满足感。Objective To explore the effect of physical-medical integration training on the rehabilitation of inpatients with schizophrenia and metabolic syndrome.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,convenience sampling was used to select 105 patients with schizophrenia and metabolic syndrome who received treatment in Beijing Huilongguan Hospital as the research object.Patients were divided into research group(n=53)and control group(n=52).Control group conducted psychiatric routine nursing,and research group implemented physical-medical integration training model(doctor-nurse-technician participation)on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the body mass index(BMI),blood glucose,blood pressure and social function score of the two groups of patients after three months of training.Results Finally,50 patients in each group completed the study.After three months of training,the BMI,fasting blood glucose,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of research group were lower than those of control group,and the total score and all dimension scores of social function were higher than those of control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Physical-medical integration training can directly affect the BMI,blood pressure,and blood glucose of patients with schizophrenia and metabolic syndrome,and can improve the social function of the patient and increase the patient's sense of satisfaction.
