摘　　要：疼痛作为癌症患者最常见的症状之一,严重影响生活质量。近年来,随着医疗服务模式的转变,肿瘤患者住院时间不断缩短,癌症疼痛患者出院后的疼痛管理成为延续护理的重要内容。本文就国内外癌症疼痛患者院外管理的现状、影响因素及干预措施进行综述,以期为后续开展相关工作和研究提供参考。Pain is one of the most common symptoms of cancer patients,which seriously affects the quality of life.In recent years,with the transformation of medical service models,the length of hospitalization for cancer patients has been shortened,and pain management after discharge for cancer pain patients has become an important part of continuous nursing.This article reviews the current status,influencing factors and intervention measures of out-of-hospital management of cancer pain patients at home and abroad,in order to provide a reference for subsequent related work and research.
