摘  要:为了控制水交替注气时的黏性指进,在地层水中加入泡沫更为有利。泡沫表面活性剂的使用是降低气体流动性的一种可能的解决方案。本研究的主要目的是利用表面活性剂共混配方制备稳定的泡沫以控制气体流动性。表面活性剂共混物的协同发泡性能优于单一表面活性剂。表面活性剂的复配提高了泡沫的稳定性,降低了原油的失稳作用。使用泡沫稳定剂可提高泡沫稳定性和表观黏度;这两个因素对提高气体流动性都很重要。选择α-烯烃磺酸盐(AOSC14-16)为主要表面活性剂,辛基苯酚乙氧基化表面活性剂(TX-100)和十二烷基酰胺丙基氧化胺(LMDO)为添加剂。在96℃下进行水稳定性试验。在没有和存在原油的情况下进行泡沫稳定性试验。在液面以上记录泡沫的稳定性和寿命。液体排出和泡沫半衰期与时间有关。在96℃和9.65 MPa条件下,利用Berea砂岩岩心,用CO_(2)测定了三种配方的流动性折减系数。试验结果表明,表面活性剂共混物中AOS含量为0.6%,与单独使用0.6%AOS的表面活性剂相比,0.6%LMDO在原油中更稳定,降低了更多的气体流动性。最大泡沫生成量和泡沫半衰期表明该发泡剂具有较好的性能。表面活性剂共混配方在控制气体流动性方面起着重要作用。这些配方稳定性强,说明泡沫表面活性剂配方在提高采收率方面具有重要意义。In order to control viscous fingering when water is alternately injected,adding foam into formation water is more advantageous.The use of foam surfactants is a possible solution to reduce gas fluidity.The main purpose of this study is to prepare stable foam using surfactant blend formula to control gas fluidity.The synergistic foaming performance of surfactant blends is better than that of single surfactant.The addition of surfactants improves the stability of foam and reduces the instability of crude oil.Using foam stabilizer can improve foam stability and apparent viscosity,these two factors are important for improving gas fluidity.α-olefin sulfonate(AOSC14-16)was selected as the main surfactant,octylphenol ethoxy surfactant(TX-100)and dodecylamide propyl oxide amine(LMDO)as additives.Water stability test was carried out at 96℃.Foam stability tests were conducted without or in the presence of crude oil. The stability and life of the foam are recorded above the liquid level. The half-life of liquid discharge and foam is related to time. Under the conditions of 96 ℃ and 9.65 MPa,the fluidity reduction coefficients of three formulations were measured with CO_(2) using Berea sandstone cores.The experimental results show that the content of AOS in the surfactant blend is 0.6%.Compared with the surfactant with 0.6% AOS alone,0.6% LMDO is more stable in crude oil and reduces more gas fluidity.The maximum foam yield and half life of foam showed that the foaming agent had good properties.Surfactant blending formula plays an important role in controlling gas fluidity. The stability of these formulations is strong, indicating that foam surfactant formulations are of great importance in enhancing oil recovery.
