摘  要:目的:分析三维超声在产前胎儿唇腭裂畸形诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2016年1月—2020年5月收治行产前检查的孕妇20000例,均行二维超声与三维超声检查,对比两种检查方法的结果。结果:三维超声单纯唇裂检出率为80.00%,高于二维超声的70.00%,但两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三维超声唇腭裂检出率为96.43%,明显高于二维超声的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三维超声总检出率为93.94%,高于二维超声的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维超声是二维超声检查一个有益的补充检查,对胎儿唇腭裂的诊断率更高。Objective:To analyze the application value of three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of prenatal fetal cleft lip and palate deformity.Methods:From January 2016 to May 2020,20,000 pregnant women undergoing prenatal examinations were selected in this hospital.Both two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound were performed,and the two examination results were compared.Results:In three-dimensional ultrasound,the detection rate of simple cleft lip was 80.00%,which was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound with 70.00%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The detection rate of three-dimensional ultrasound cleft lip and palate was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound 85.71%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The total detection rate of three-dimensional ultrasound was 93.94%,which was higher than the total detection rate of two-dimensional ultrasound of 83.33%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional ultrasound is a useful supplementary examination of two-dimensional ultrasound.It has a higher diagnostic rate for the diagnosis of fetal cleft palate.
