摘  要:目的:探讨回馈教学在使用无创呼吸机患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年12月—2020年1月收治的50例呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料,依据护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施回馈教学法。比较两组无创呼吸机治疗依从性、干预前及干预7 d后血气分析[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))]指标变化,并比较两组患者并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总依从率为92.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前血气分析指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后PaO_(2),SaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:回馈教学法能够提高呼吸衰竭患者使用无创呼吸机的依从性,改善血气分析状况,减少并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of feedback teaching in patients using non-invasive ventilator.Methods:The clinical data of 50 patients with respiratory failure admitted to hospital from December 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups of 25 patients according to different nursing methods.The control group takes routine nursing,and the observation group implements the feedback teaching method on this basis.Comparison of non-invasive ventilator treatment compliance between the two groups,blood gas analysis[arterial blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2)),arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2)),blood oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))]before and after intervention,and compared.The incidence of complications in the two groups of patients.Results:The total treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 68.00% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood gas analysis indexes between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After observation,PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;PaCO_(2) was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 32.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The feedback teaching method can improve the compliance of patients with respiratory failure using noninvasive ventilator,improve the status of blood gas analysis,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
