摘  要:心口相传的音乐类非物质文化遗产“保护”,靠的是“活态传承”,传承人又是活态传承的唯一载体。所以,围绕传承人这个核心支点,构建一套结构完善、路由清晰的传承运行机制,并缔造一支梯队合理、层次分明、年轻化、专业化的传承人队伍,以确保后备传承人才连绵不绝是非遗传习活动可持续发展的关键。在分析黎族传统音乐传承困境的基础上,文章研究了以传承人为核心的黎族音乐类非遗传承运行机制,并对传承梯队的创建提出了针对性建言。The“protection”of the music-like intangible cultural heritage passed from heart to mouth is based on the“live inheritance”,whose sole carrier is the inheritor.Therefore,the key to the sustainable development of non-genetic learning activities is to establish a set of well-structured and clear inheritance operation mechanism around the core fulcrum of inheritors,and to cultivate a team of inheritors with reasonable,distinct levels,younger age and specialization,so as to ensure a continuity of the pool of inheritors.Based on an analysis of the plight in the inheritance of traditional music of the Li people,this paper explores the non-genetic inheritance operation mechanism for the music of the Li people with the inheritor as the core,and puts forth some specific suggestions for the training of the inheritor team.
