摘　　要：针对超声检查类型及医嘱众多,超声医师的工作量、上班个数、超量数等难以有效自动统计等问题,设计了超声科工作量统计系统。系统基于C/S架构、VisualC#窗体应用程序技术、SQL Server数据库技术完成系统构架设计、月统计模板设计、医嘱分类及工作量计算、上班个数计算及其他功能模块设计。经测试,系统运行稳定有效,能自动生成所有人员的各类超声检查的工作量总表并完成超量数计算,统计结果可被分类并直观显示于系统界面上,统计耗时从原来人工统计的225 h减少到5 min,效率提高2700倍。In view of the numerous types of ultrasound examination and doctor’s orders,it is difficult to effectively and automatically statistic the workload,the number of work and the excess number of ultrasound doctors.The workload statistics system of ultrasound department is designed.The system is based on C/S architecture,Visual C#windows form application technology,SQL Server database technology to complete the system architecture design,monthly statistical template design,medical order classification and workload calculation,the number of work and other functional module design.After testing,the system runs stably and effectively.It can automatically generate the workload table of all kinds of ultrasound examination for all personnel and complete the calculation of excess number.The statistical results can be classified and directly displayed in the system interface.The statistical time is reduced from 225 h to 5 min,the efficiency is increased 2700 times.
