摘　　要：该文针对8线制带霍尔传感器的无刷直流电机,采用STC12C5A60S2微处理器作为主控芯片,设计了一套电机调速系统。整套系统包括电源输入电路、电压电流采样电路、三相全桥逆变电路、开关管驱动电路、液晶显示电路和按键输入电路。将SN74HC08N与门芯片和IR2104驱动芯片配合使用,使得一路PWM信号可以对整个三相全桥逆变电路进行H_PWM-L_ON型PWM调制,以控制无刷直流电机的正反转及多级调速,并通过电压电流采集电路提供的数据为该系统配置了微机保护功能。最后使用KEIL编写程序并制作了硬件实物,实机运行证明,该系统运行稳定可靠,并且成本较低,可为相关设计提供借鉴。This article focuses on 8-wire brushless DC motor with Hall sensor and adapts STC12C5A60S2 microprocessor as its main controlling chip to design a motor speed control system.The complete system includes a power supply input circuit,a voltage and current sampling circuit,a three-phase fullbridge inverter circuit,a switching tube driver circuit,a liquid crystal display circuit,and a key input circuit.The design uses the SN74HC08N and gate chip in combination with the IR2104 driver chip,so that one PWM signal can realize H_PWM-L_ON type PWM modulation of the whole three-phase fullbridge inverter circuit to control the forward and reverse rotation and multi-stage speed regulation of the brushless DC motor.The data provided by the voltage and current acquisition circuit is used to configure the microcomputer protection function for the system.Finally,KEIL was used to write the program and make the hardware object.The actual operation proves that the system is stable and reliable,and the cost is low,which can provide reference for the related design.
