摘　　要：航电产品的板件中使用了大量的存储器和可编程器件,软件的比重越来越高,产品的测试维修难度越来越大,针对该类电路板的测试和软件修复问题,从软件修理的角度开展研究,通过直接读取替换或软件移植等方式,对电路板上的处理器、存储器、配置芯片或可编程器件等的内部核心代码进行备份,再对核心代码进行反汇编,并开展汇编程序原理分析,形成模块的工作流程图,通过正向开发的方式实现该类板件的测试与故障定位。A large number of memory and programmable devices are used in the board of avionics products.The proportion of software is getting higher and higher,and the difficulty of testing and maintenance of products is getting more and more.Carrying out research from the perspective of software repair,backing up internal core code such as processors,memory,configuration chips or programmable devices on the circuit board through direct reading replacement or software migration,etc.Carry out the principle analysis of the assembler,form the working flow chart of the module,and realize the testing and fault location of this kind of board by the way of forward development.
