TENM4基因rs4483616位点多态性与江西省汉族人群免疫性血小板减少症的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Teneurin跨膜蛋白4(Teneurin transmembrane protein 4,TENM4)基因rs4483616位点单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNP)与江西省汉族人群免疫性血小板减少症(immune thrombocytopenia,ITP)的易感相关性。方法收集笔者医院血液内科2015年6月~2018年10月收治的200例ITP患者作为病例组,同期收集于笔者医院体检的180例健康受试者作为对照组。采用TaqMan探针法对所有受试者TENM4基因rs4483616位点进行基因型检测,比较两组基因型及等位基因频率分布差异。结果病例组TENM4基因rs4483616位点CC、CT基因型频率分别是98%和2%,C、T等位基因频率分别为99%和1%,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TENM4基因rs4483616位点可能是江西省汉族人群ITP的易感基因位点。Objective To investigate the relationship between the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP)of Teneurin transmembrane protein 4(TENM4)gene rs4483616 and the susceptibility of immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)inHan populationin Jiangxi Province.Methods A total of 200 ITP patients admitted in our hospital′s Department of Hematology from June 2015 to October 2018 were collected as the case group,and 180 healthy medical examiners were collected as the control group during the same period.The TaqMan probe method was used to detect the genotype of the rs4483616 in TENM4 gene in all subjects,and to compare the differences in genotype and allele frequency distribution between the two groups.Results The CC and CT genotype frequencies of the rs4483616 locus of the TENM4 gene in the case group were 98%and 2%,and the C and T allele frequencies were 99%and 1%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rs4483616 locus of the TENM4 gene may be a susceptible gene locus of ITP in Han population in Jiangxi Province.
