摘　　要：DDF20-1大功率时频激电发射机是中地装(重庆)地质仪器有限公司重点研发的一款采用嵌入式实时操作系统技术、大规模现场可编程阵列逻辑技术、24位A/D高精高速记录技术等电子技术,集时间域和频率域为一体的大功率发射机。本文主要介绍了该仪器的物探方法原理、用途、技术指标、仪器设计原理及开发过程中的关键技术难点分析及解决思路。DDF20-1 high-power time-frequency IP transmitter is A kind of high-power transmitter which adopts embedded real-time operating system technology,large-scale field programmable array logic technology,24-bit A/D high-precision and high-speed recording technology and other electronic technologies,and integrates time domain and frequency domain as one.This paper mainly introduces the principle of geophysical exploration method,application,technical index,design principle of the instrument,analysis of key technical difficulties in the development process and solutions of the instrument.
