摘  要:通过抑制葡萄糖在肾脏中的重吸收,产生葡萄糖尿,从而直接降低血糖,似乎是治疗1型或2型糖尿病的一个非常简单的方法。钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白(SGLT)-2抑制剂及其临床发展一方面表明这是正面的,但在另一个层面上揭示了一个有关肾脏及调节多种代谢途径,复杂的作用机制。该机制是SGLT-2抑制剂在治疗2型糖尿病时发挥了降糖、减轻体重、降压、保护心血管及肾脏的基础。本文综述该作用机制。It appears to be a very simple method for treating type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus by inhibiting reabsorption of glucose in the kidney,producing glucose urine,thereby directly lowering blood glucose.Sodium-glucose co-transporter(SGLT)-2 inhibitor and its clinical development have shown that this is right,but at another level,it reveals a complex mechanism about kidney and the regulation of various metabolic pathways.The mechanism is the basis of SGLT-2 inhibitor to play a role in reducing blood glucose,body weight,blood pressure and protecting cardiovascular system and kidney when treating type 2 diabetes mellitus.The present article reviews its mechanism.
