摘　　要：对于慢性心衰合并完全性左束支传导阻滞患者,左束支区域起搏理论上可直接激动传导阻滞的左束支,且较希氏束起搏具多个优点,具有相对更广泛的适应证。本文就左束支起搏安全性及可行性研究的进展作一综述。For patients with chronic heart failure complicated complete left bundle branch block(LBBB),left bundle branch area pacing can theoretically and directly stimulate left bundle branch with conduction block and possess many advantages and relatively wider range of indications compared with His bundle pacing.The present article made a review on research progress of safety and feasibility of left bundle branch pacing.
