摘 要:磁通反向永磁电机永磁体和绕组均位于电机定子,具有转子结构简单、机械强度高和便于冷却等优势。它通常采用分数槽非重叠集中绕组,电枢反应磁场中往往含有大量谐波,进而导致电枢电流利用率低、铁心损耗高及振动与噪声等问题。提出一种低谐波磁通反向永磁电机,基于磁场调制原理对电机气隙磁密谐波进行分析,提出合理的绕组配置方案,实现电枢磁场无效谐波的抵消。基于有限元分析,对电机低谐波设计前后的电磁性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,该低谐波设计方案可以明显降低电机齿槽转矩、铁心损耗和永磁体涡流损耗,有效改善了电机性能。Flux reversal permanent magnet(FRPM) motor possesses the advantages of simple rotor structure, high mechanical strength and easy heat regulation because both the PMs and the armature are located in the stator. However, this kind of motor usually adopts fractional slot non-overlapping concentrated winding, which leads to a lot of harmonics in the armature reaction magnetic field. So conventional FRPM motors still suffer from low armature current utilization, high iron core loss, vibration and noise. A low harmonics design was proposed for FRPM motors. Based on the magnetic field modulation theory, the air gap flux density harmonics were analyzed. So a reasonable winding configuration was proposed to realize the cancellation of nonworking harmonics in the armature reaction magnetic field. Using finite element analysis, the electromagnetic performances of the FRPM motor with and without low harmonics design were compared and analyzed. The results show that the proposed low harmonics design can significantly reduce the cogging torque, iron loss and permanent magnet eddy current loss, and effectively improve the motor performance.
