摘 要:主要对有刷直流电机在真空环境下的温度场进行了计算和分析,建立了有刷直流电机瞬态温度场三维求解模型,基于有限元方法循环迭代求解电机的温度场,确定电机在0.075 N·m负载工况下的全域温度分布,得到了有刷电机在真空环境下温度分布的规律,将机壳温度仿真值与实测值比较,验证了该方法的准确性和有效性,为该电机不同工况下的温度分布和类似工程应用提供参考。The temperature field of brush DC motor in vacuum environment was calculated and analyzed. A 3 D model for calculating the transient temperature field of brush DC motor was established. The temperature field of motor was solved using finite element method. The global temperature distribution of the motor under 0.075 N·m load condition was determined. Get the temperature distribution rule of brush DC motor in vacuum environment. The obtained results show good agreements with the test data. The accuracy and effectiveness of the method were verified. It provides reference for the temperature distribution of the motor under different working conditions and similar engineering applications.
