摘　　要：肢端肥大症是体内产生的过多生长激素(GH)长期作用于人体组织或器官导致容貌改变以及代谢和心血管等系统异常的一组综合征,其生化特征为血浆GH/胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)水平升高,但至今GH/IGF-1的检测依然充满挑战。Acromegaly is usually caused by excessive secretion of growth hormone(GH)for a prolonged period from a pituitary adenoma along with increased levels of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),which leads to acral and soft tissue enlargement and metabolic dysfunction,such as cardiovascular system or glucose metabolism.Its features are elevated plasma GH/IGF-1 concentrations,however the biochemical tests remain challenging.
