寻常型天疱疮合并静脉血栓5例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨寻常型天疱疮合并静脉血栓的临床特点及原因。方法回顾性分析5例寻常型天疱疮合并静脉血栓的临床资料。结果5例寻常型天疱疮患者年龄为20~73岁不等,均发生下肢静脉血栓,表现为突然发生的单侧下肢肿胀、疼痛,进行性加重,5例患者抗Dsg1抗体值均显著增高,2例D二聚体增高。结论寻常型天疱疮患者下肢静脉血栓发生率较常人明显增高,与Dsg1、炎症介质、血液高凝状态相关。Objective To study the clinical characteristics of venous thrombus in pemphigus vulgaris patients.Methods Clinical data of five cases of pemphigus vulgaris with venous thrombus were analyzed.Results These five patients were 20 to 73 years old.All of them had the venous thrombosis of lower extremity,showing sudden swelling and pain.The five patients were significantly increased,and two of them D-Dimer was increased.Conclusion The incidence of venous thrombus in patients of pemphigus vulgaris is significantly higher than normal subjects,and it associates with Dsg1,inflammatory mediators and hypercoagulability of blood.
