摘　　要：瘙痒不仅是皮肌炎和临床无肌病性皮肌炎常见的临床症状,而且与疾病的活动度相关。皮肌炎患者可伴有不同程度的瘙痒,且使用抗组胺药治疗效果不佳。目前皮肌炎瘙痒的机制尚未明确,正确认识皮肌炎瘙痒的发生机制和评估方法,有助于解决皮肌炎的瘙痒症状,提高患者的生活质量。Pruritus is not only a common symptom in dermatomyositis(DM)and clinical amyopathic dermatomyositis(CADM),but also related to disease activity and prognosis.Dermatomyositis patients may be accompanied by varying degrees of itching,and use of antihistamine therapy is not effective.However,at present,the mechanism of pruritus in dermatomyositis has not been fully understood.Recognition of the mechanism and evaluation of pruritis in dermatomyositis is helpful for clinical treatment and improving the quality of patients′life.
