摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了高烧结活性的α-Al_(2)O_(3)粉体。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)对前驱体做分子结构分析,利用X射线衍射(XRD)对前驱体以及α-Al_(2)O_(3)粉体做物相分析,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对α-Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷进行形貌分析。α-Al_(2)O_(3)晶种可使α-Al_(2)O_(3)的合成温度降低约50℃左右,矿化剂AlF3和纳米α-Al_(2)O_(3)晶种的协同作用可使α-Al_(2)O_(3)的合成温度降低约150℃左右,合成温度为950℃。合成的α-Al_(2)O_(3)粉体平均粒径大小为49.2nm。1350℃烧结得到的α-Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷比较致密,相对密度可以达到99.6%。A high sintering activity ofα-Al_(2)O_(3) powder was prepared by sol-gel method.The molecular structure of the precursor was analyzed by FT-IR,the phase of precursor andα-Al_(2)O_(3) powder was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the morphology ofα-Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).α-Al_(2)O_(3) seed can reduce the synthesis temperature ofα-Al_(2)O_(3) by about 50℃,and the synergistic effect of mineralizer AlF3 and nanoα-Al_(2)O_(3) seed can reduce the synthesis temperature ofα-Al_(2)O_(3) by about 150℃,and the synthesis temperature was 950℃.The average particle size of the synthesizedα-Al_(2)O_(3) powder is 49.2 nm.The results show that theα-Al_(2)O_(3) ceramics sintered at 1350℃are relatively dense and the relative density can reach 99.6%.
