新生儿科医护人员对早产儿母乳喂养知识掌握现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查新生儿科医护人员对早产儿母乳喂养知识掌握现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 2020年5~6月,采用早产儿母乳喂养知识问卷对618名新生儿科医护人员进行调查,问卷在参阅中国医师协会编写的《新生儿重症监护病房推行早产儿母乳喂养的建议》及相关文献后设计,包括一般资料知识问卷及早产儿母乳喂养相关知识问卷。结果研究共回收问卷618份,其中有效问卷618份,有效率为100%;新生儿科医护人员早产儿母乳知识掌握得分为(15.91±3.675);多元线性回归分析结果显示:工作类别、参加母乳喂养知识培训、开展早产儿母乳喂养、建立母乳库是其知识掌握水平的影响因素。结论新生儿科医护人员对早产儿母乳喂养态度积极,但知识掌握水平尚待提高,不同特征的医护人员对早产儿母乳喂养知识掌握水平有差距,受多因素影响,应对新生儿科医护人员进行针对性的早产儿母乳喂养知识培训,广泛开展早产儿母乳喂养,制定规范化的母乳库建设与管理标准,通过提供文化氛围、工作环境,提高新生儿科医护人员对早产儿母乳喂养的支持力度,提升早产儿母乳喂养率,促进早产儿健康成长。Objective To investigate the current situation of the knowledge of breast-feeding of premature infants by neonatology department medical staff and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire on breast-feeding knowledge of premature infants was used to investigate 618 neonatology department medical staff. The questionnaire was designed after referring to the "Suggestions on Promoting breast-feeding of premature infants in neonatal Intensive Care Unit" compiled by Chinese Medical Doctors Association and relevant literature, including the general information questionnaire and the questionnaire on breast-feeding knowledge of premature infants.Results A total of 618 questionnaires were collected, among which 618 were valid and the effective rate was 100%.The score of nursing knowledge of infants by neonatology department medical staff was(15.91±3.675).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that job category, participation in knowledge training, carrying out breast-feeding of premature infants, and establishing breast-feeding bank were the influencing factors of their knowledge level.Conclusion Neonatology department medical staff to premature breastfeeding attitude positive, but the level of knowledge was yet to be improved, the different characteristics of the medical staff had a gap on premature breastfeeding knowledge level, affected by various factors, to give you deal with neonatology department medical staff premature breastfeeding knowledge training, extensive premature breastfeeding, formulate standardized milk library construction and management standards, through the provision of cultural atmosphere, working environment, enhance neonatology department medical staff the premature breastfeeding support, increase the rate of premature breastfeeding, promote the healthy growth of premature infants.
