摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病相关腹泻的治疗方法,研究从脾论治在治疗中的作用。方法为了了解中医从脾论治艾滋病相关腹泻研究进展,通过检索近年中国知网、万方数据等相关文献报导,就从脾论治艾滋病相关腹泻的病因病机,治法方药等进行综述和讨论。结果通过对大量文献的整理,发现中医中药对艾滋病相关腹泻的治疗具有独特优势。很多临床医家善于从脾论治艾滋病相关腹泻,并且取得显著成效。结论中医中药在治疗艾滋病相关腹泻方面积累了丰富的经验,脾胃为后天之本、气血生化之源。有关艾滋病相关腹泻从脾论治的临床研究也取得了一定进展。Objective To explore the treatment of AIDS related diarrhea, and study the role of spleen in the treatment.Methods In order to understand the research progress of treating AIDS related diarrhea from the spleen in traditional Chinese medicine, the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment methods and prescriptions of treating AIDS related diarrhea from the spleen were reviewed and discussed by searching the relevant literature reports such as CNKI and Wanfang Data in recent years.Results Through the collation of a large number of literature, we found that traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of AIDS related diarrhea. Many clinical doctors are good at treating AIDS related diarrhea from the spleen, and have achieved remarkable results.Conclusion Chinese medicine has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of this disease, spleen and stomach is the acquired foundation, the source of Qi and blood biochemistry, and the clinical research on the treatment of AIDS related diarrhea from the spleen has also made some progress.
