摘　　要：全媒体时代的公安新闻舆论工作要适应推进公安工作现代化要求,根据新时代公安机关使命任务,探寻全媒体时代新闻传播规律,深入推动公安新闻舆论供给侧结构性改革,坚持内容创新,深化媒体融合,构建全媒矩阵,运用技术赋能,提升传播能力,重构传播形态,再造采编流程,加快形成公安新型主流媒体格局,全面提升公安新闻舆论的传播力、引导力、影响力、公信力。要正确把握全媒体时代舆论场总体形势,掌握舆论引导规律,走好全媒体时代群众路线,推动舆论引导理念转型升级,加强涉警舆论议程设置、舆论阵地和人才队伍建设,提高舆论引导能力水平,做好涉警舆情应对处置工作。Based on the requirements of the modernization of public security tasks and its missions in the new era,this paper focuses on the rule of news dissemination in the all-media era,and suggests the deeply supply-side structural reform.It is necessary to insist on content innovation and deepening Media integration,building an all-media matrix,using technology empowerment,enhancing communication capabilities,reconstructing the communication form,reengineering the acquisition and editing process.It is vital to realize the overall situation of public opinion environment and the way of public opinion guidance,therefore continue commitment to our people-centered philosophy of development in the all-media era.It also discusses the importance to upgrade the concept of public opinion guidance,to strengthen the police-related public opinion agenda,public opinion position and talents squad construction,to improve the capabilities of public opinion guidance,and to handle properly police-related public events.The new mainstream mass media on police news will be aimed to strengthen the penetration,guidance,influence,and credibility of the media.
