摘　　要：简单介绍了汽车焊缝密封胶性能和参数,探讨了焊缝密封胶开裂的原因,论述了通过优化密封胶烘炉的启停解决汽车车身顶盖焊缝密封胶开裂的质量缺陷问题。This article briefly introduces the properties and parameters of automobile weld sealant,discusses the causes of cracking of weld sealant,and the solution of cracking problem of weld sealant of automobile body roof by optimizing the starting and stopping of the sealant oven.
