摘　　要：汽车行业是国家重点支持产业之一,装配工艺应用广泛。为之服务的辅助装配技术在实际生产过程中应用广泛,不但可以有效节省人力、预防职业病,还可以通过降低劳动强度来提升装配质量。本文主要研究总装车间装配重点工艺之一的玻璃装配是如何实现低成本半自动化的,不但能改善人机工程,而且有效节省步行时间。The automobile industry is one of the key industries supported by the state,and assembly processes are widely used.The auxiliary assembly technology that serves it is widely used in the actual production process,which can not only effectively save manpower and prevent occupational diseases,but also improve assembly quality by reducing labor intensity.This article mainly studies how to realize low-cost semi-automation of glass assembly,which is one of the key assembly processes in the final assembly shop,which not only improves ergonomics,but also effectively saves walking time.
