摘　　要：车门内饰板主要起装饰车门、方便车门开关、隔音、保护人体的作用,同时是仪表板和座椅之间的过渡部分,因产品设计涉及造型限制、法规要求、人机工程等,需工程师充分考虑总成内子件材料特性、配合结构、成型工艺等。本文从门内饰板3D建模入手,重点介绍了车门内饰板总成内部配合结构要求及建模方法。The door interior panel mainly plays the role of decorating the door,facilitating door opening,sound insulation,and protecting the human body.At the same time,it is the transition part between the instrument panel and the seat.As the product design involves modeling restrictions,regulatory requirements,ergonomics,etc.,it is necessary for the engineer to fully consider the material characteristics,matching structure,and molding process of the components in the assembly.This article starts with the 3D modeling of the door trim panel,and focuses on the internal coordination structure requirements and modeling methods of the door trim panel assembly.
