摘  要:针对原煤湿黏造成的<13 mm末原煤在溜槽内挂壁、糊堵问题,青龙寺选煤厂在对问题产生原因进行分析的基础上,通过采取优化溜槽结构,更换溜槽内衬板,增设振动电机和红外对射防堵监测装置等一系列措施,有效解决了溜槽堵塞问题,经济效益明显。The trouble with the plant is that the raw coal is high in moisture and sticky in nature causing the<13 mm small coal to hang up on the wall of and hence block up the raw small coal chute.Based on analysis of the factors giving rise to the trouble,a series of optimization measures are adopted,such as optimization of chute structure,change of chute linings,addition of vibration motor and infrared anti-clogging monitoring device.The optimization work has led to effective elimination of blocking of the chute,yielding as a result a noticeably favorable economic result.
