山西河曲旧县选煤厂设计特点分析

摘　　要：针对山西河曲煤田的煤质特点、产品结构和用途,借鉴附近选煤厂在设计建造和实际生产中的经验,在河曲旧县选煤厂的设计过程中进行了工艺优化,重点介绍了原煤分级工艺与设备的选择、细煤泥回收设备的选择和最终采用的选煤方法。生产实践表明:选煤厂投产后运行良好,经济效益显著。Work is made by the plant on optimization and improvement of the design of the washing processes,according to the property of the coal produced in Hequ coalfield in Shanxi Province,and by reference to the experience gained by adjacent plants in plant design,construction and practical operation.An introduction is made in the paper of the plant design with the focus on selection of raw coal classification and fine slime recovery processes and equipment,and the coal washing method finally applied.Practice shows that the plant works remarkably well with favorable economic result.
