摘　　要：通过查阅相关文献和实地调研,综述当前双孢蘑菇栽培代用料使用情况和种类,比较部分代用料栽培的产量和经济效益,以及对子实体品质的影响。分析代用料栽培双孢蘑菇存在的问题,为双孢蘑菇代用料栽培及循环农业发展提出建议。This paper summarized the current use and types of alternative mushroom cultivation materials by consulting relevant literature and field investigations, and compared the yield and economic benefits of part of the cultication with alternative materials, and effect on fruit quality of Agaricus bisporus. At the same time, it analyzed the problems existing in the cultivation of A. bisporus with alternative materials, and looked forward to the future development trend, providing reference for the development of alternative crops and the development of circular agriculture.
