摘  要:为探明牡丹种子发芽过程中的生理生化变化规律,以盛花期后不同发育阶段的牡丹种子为试验材料,对其干重、鲜重、含水率、种子活力、解剖结构、可溶性糖以及内源激素含量进行测定。结果表明,种子发育过程中,种皮不断变薄、淀粉不断降解,胚乳不断充实、积累淀粉;种子干重、鲜重在花后100 d最高,而含水率在此时最低;胚乳细胞在花后50 d活力最强,可溶性糖含量此时达到最大水平;内源激素含量变化显著,波动较大。研究表明,牡丹种子发育过程伴随着内源激素的消长,生理生化变化显著,淀粉、可溶性糖大量积累,生理过程较为复杂。In order to explore the physiological and biochemical changes in the germination process of peony seeds,the dry and fresh weight,water content,seed vigor,anatomical structure,soluble sugar content and endogenous hormone content of peony seeds at different development stages after full-bloom stage were observed and measured.The results showed that the seed coat became thinner,starch degraded,and the endosperm enriched and accumulated starch during seed development,and the dry and fresh weight of seeds reached the highest at 100 d after flowering,while the water content reached the lowest at this time.The activity of endosperm cells was the highest at 50 d after flowering while the soluble sugar content reached the highest level at this time.Also,the content of endogenous hormones changed significantly and fluctuated greatly.In summary,studies had shown that the development of peony seeds was accompanied by the rise and fall of endogenous hormones content,significant physiological and biochemical changes,large accumulation of starch and soluble sugar,and the physiological process was more complex.
