摘  要:以风车草种子为材料,探讨了温度、光照、植物生长调节剂、水分、低温层积及人工老化处理对其休眠及萌发特性的影响。结果表明,风车草为萌发喜光性植物,适宜浅播,最佳萌发温度为20℃/35℃或25℃/35℃;风车草存在浅度生理休眠,赤霉素(GA_(3))、氟啶酮(FL)、褪黑素(MLT)和低温层积均可破除其休眠,显著提高种子萌发率(p<0.05);风车草种子萌发期的抗旱性较弱,在10%PEG胁迫后的种子萌发率已显著低于对照(p<0.05);风车草种子在人工老化24 h后萌发率显著下降,老化192 h后萌发率仅为25%,表明风车草种子抗老化能力较弱。In this paper,the effects of temperature,light,plant growth regulator,water,low temperature stratification and artificial aging on the dormancy and germination characteristics of Cyperus alternifolius seeds were studied.The results showed C.alternifolius was a light-loving plant at germination,suitable for shallow sowing,and the optimal germination temperature was 20℃/35℃or 25℃/35℃.There was shallow physiological dormancy in C.alternifolius,and gibberellin(GA_(3)),fluridone(FL),melatonin(MLT)and low temperature stratification could break dormancy and significantly increase seed germination rate(p<0.05).In the germination stage,the drought resistance of C.alternifolius seeds was weak and the seed germination rate under 10%PEG stress was significantly lower than that of the control(p<0.05).After artificial aging for 24 h,the germination rate of C.alternifolius seeds decreased significantly,and the germination rate was only 25%after aging for 192 h,indicating that the anti-aging ability of C.alternifolius seeds was weak.
