摘　　要：涤纶织物超细纤维在制造过程中,加工技术存在操纵缺陷,常常导致色差.文章科学地研究了超细涤纶的生产工艺,分析了标准机器设备的纤维粒度和取向度,找出了色差造成的缘由及防止办法.In the manufacturing process of polyester fabric microfiber,processing technology has manipulation defects,which often leads to chromatic aberration.The article scientifically studied the production process of ultra-fine polyester,analyzed the fiber particle size and orientation degree of standard machinery and equipment,and found out the reasons and prevention methods for chromatic aberration.
