摘 要:随着国家和各地方推进建筑装配化、工业化乃至智能化建造的相关政策及技术标准的出台和逐步细化,能够实现高度工业化建造的各类轻钢集成体系建筑展现出广阔的市场应用前景,在技术研发和应用实践方面都得到快速的发展。本文简要回顾了采用冷弯型钢的轻钢集成体系建筑的国内外技术发展状况及市场应用前景,总结了其工业化、智能化建造技术的内涵及现状,阐述了建筑数字化和产品思维对其发展的重要意义。在此基础上,对采用冷弯型钢的轻钢集成体系建筑工业化乃至智能化建造技术的关键问题及发展方向进行了探讨和展望。With the promulgation and step-by-step specification in detail of relevant policies and technical standards to promote the prefabrication,industrialization and intellectualization of building construction by center and local governments,broad market prospects have been provided for light-weight steel integrated buildings due to the superiority in achieving a high level of industrialization,which accelerates their development in the aspects of technical researches and engineering practices.In this paper,domestic and oversea researches and developments as well as the corresponding market prospects of light-weight steel integrated buildings using cold-formed steels were reviewed firstly,then the connotations and state-of-the-arts of the industrialized and intellectualized construction technologies were summarized,and the significance of building digitization and product thinking were further discussed.Accordingly,critical issues and possible directions for the development of industrialized and intellectualized construction technologies of light-weight steel integrated buildings using cold-formed steels were discussed and prospected finally.
