摘 要:二氧化硅气凝胶是一种由99.8%的空气组成的极低密度硅基固体,是世界上密度最小的固体,具有很好的隔热作用。本文对气凝胶在节能方面的应用进行了相关研究,研发了一种新型气凝胶窗户,它能够满足建筑保温和照明的需求,同时能达到节能的效果。实验方面,对其进行了典型工况下的热工和采光性能测试。由测试结果可得:6mm气凝胶氩气窗户模型的U值可达1.97 W/(m^(2)·℃),与同厚度玻璃窗户相比提高了30%,表明新型气凝胶窗户比普通双层玻璃窗户具有更好的保温性能;气凝胶窗户的透光率测得为93.7%,可使室内获得良好的采光。为深入分析气凝胶窗户的节能效果,采用能耗模拟软件对我国5个典型城市应用气凝胶窗户后的建筑能耗进行了模拟。结果表明,与普通窗户相比,气凝胶窗户可有效降低能耗。Silica aerogel is a kind of silicon with low density based solid composed of 99.8%air,which is the least solid in the world with good thermal insulation.In this paper,the application of aerogels in energy saving has been studied,and a new aerogel window has been developed.It can meet the needs of building insulation and lighting,and achieve the effect of energy saving.In the aspect of experiment,the thermal and daylighting performance under typical working conditions was tested.The test results show that the U value of the 6 mm aerogel window model can reach 1.97 W/(m^(2)·℃),which is 30%higher than that of the glazing with the same thickness,which means new aerogel window has better thermal insulation performance than the ordinary double glazing.The transmittance of aerogel windows is 93.7%,which makes the room get good daylight.In order to analyze the energy saving effect of aerogel windows,the energy consumption simulation software was used to simulate the energy consumption of the aerogel windows in five typical cities in China.The result showed that compared with ordinary windows,aerogel windows can effectively reduce energy consumption.
